BRIDGING THE GAP BETWEEN EDUCATION AND THE INDUSTRY
Over the past few years K8T has had 7 placement students from local universities, the University of the West of England (UWE) and the University of Bristol, with 6 month and 12 month duration's.
The students have come from Architectural Technology or Mechanical Engineering background. The students have had the base knowledge with an understanding of how buildings operate and are constructed which has been essential in their ability to analyse.
2 of our current employees have come from the Architectural Technology and Design course at UWE after completing placements with us.
